These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CoursesX website, platform, software, application environment, APIs, mobile applications, data tools, AI features, subscription features, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, creating an account, using the application environment at /app, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Regulatory & Risk Disclosures, and any other policy incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a binding contract, and permitted to use the Services under the laws that apply to you. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
The Services, including the /app environment, software, source and object code, algorithms, models, prompts, interfaces, workflows, visual designs, databases, trademarks, logos, trade secrets, data compilations, documentation, and related technology, are owned by CoursesX or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CoursesX grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services for your internal personal or business purposes as intended by CoursesX.
No ownership rights are transferred to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by CoursesX and its licensors. Unauthorized access, copying, scraping, extraction, circumvention, or competitive use may cause irreparable harm, and CoursesX may seek injunctive, equitable, technical, and legal remedies without posting bond where permitted by law.
You may not:
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your username, password, multi-factor authentication methods, connected brokerage credentials, API keys, and all activity under your account. Notify CoursesX immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise.
You may not access or use the Services if you are subject to applicable sanctions, located in an embargoed jurisdiction, barred from receiving the Services under applicable law, or using the Services for prohibited export, sanctions, market abuse, fraud, money laundering, or unlawful activity.
Some Services require paid subscriptions or one-time purchases. By purchasing a paid feature, you authorize CoursesX and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, renewals, and taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through your account settings or another method provided by CoursesX.
CoursesX may change plans, pricing, features, limits, or billing periods with reasonable notice where required. If you do not accept a pricing or plan change, your remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect.
You consent to receive notices, disclosures, invoices, receipts, security alerts, policy updates, and other communications electronically through the Services, email, or account notices. Electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing, except where applicable law requires another method.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing by CoursesX, all purchases, subscription payments, renewal charges, and fees are final and non-refundable.
CoursesX provides software, market research tools, data processing, analytics, AI summaries, and educational information. CoursesX is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, financial planner, tax adviser, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary. The Services do not provide individualized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
No score, signal, thesis, chart, forecast, portfolio metric, alert, AI response, strategy output, or data feed constitutes a recommendation, solicitation, offer, or instruction to buy, sell, hold, short, hedge, or trade any security, option, cryptocurrency, futures contract, foreign exchange product, prediction market contract, or other asset.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk, including possible loss of principal. AI models, LLM summaries, market data, broker APIs, pricing feeds, backtests, simulations, and calculations may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, unavailable, or wrong. You are solely responsible for independent research, risk management, suitability determinations, order review, tax consequences, and all trading or investment decisions.
The Regulatory & Risk Disclosures are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If there is a conflict between a general statement in the Services and these Terms or the Regulatory & Risk Disclosures, the risk-limiting and liability-limiting language controls to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The Services may integrate with third-party services such as brokerages, market data providers, payment processors, analytics tools, cloud providers, identity providers, and notification services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. CoursesX is not responsible for third-party outages, execution failures, data delays, inaccurate quotes, rejected orders, brokerage restrictions, fees, margin calls, account actions, or losses caused by third-party systems.
You retain ownership of content, data, feedback, comments, files, prompts, or other materials you submit ("User Content"). You grant CoursesX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, modify, and use User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide the Services. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
If you submit ideas, suggestions, requests, or feedback, you grant CoursesX a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation. Do not submit confidential information unless a separate written agreement signed by CoursesX expressly covers that disclosure.
CoursesX may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay amounts owed, infringed rights, abused the platform, or used the Services unlawfully. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CoursesX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, TIMELINESS, PROFITABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CoursesX AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR ENHANCED DAMAGES; TRADING LOSSES; MARKET LOSSES; LOST PROFITS; LOST REVENUE; LOST DATA; LOST OPPORTUNITIES; BUSINESS INTERRUPTION; REPUTATIONAL HARM; SYSTEM DOWNTIME; MODEL ERRORS; DATA FEED DELAYS; OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.
IF CoursesX IS FOUND LIABLE DESPITE THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS, ITS TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO CoursesX FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, or damage exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoursesX and its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use or misuse of the Services, trading activity, User Content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. To the extent a dispute is permitted to proceed in court, it will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, private attorney general, or representative proceeding, and you waive the right to a jury trial.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page or otherwise providing notice. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and CoursesX for the Services.
